Returns
We offer a 30-day return window for items that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Because Yoodzi products are print-on-demand (made to order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size/fit, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
- How to Start a Return: Email support@yoodzi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (where applicable) and the correct return address.
- Eligibility: Item must be defective/damaged/misprinted/incorrect, reported within 30 days, and unused in original condition/packaging.
- Damages & Issues: Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if something’s wrong — we’ll make it right.
- Non-Returnable: Wrong size/fit, buyer’s remorse, sale items, and gift cards.
- Exchanges: Not offered. Approved items are replaced or refunded.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If 15 business days pass with no refund, email us.
- EU Cooling-Off: Orders shipped into the EU include a 14-day cancellation right, except for custom print-on-demand products (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect).
