All Yoodzi products are print-on-demand, which means they are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on product type, location, and fulfillment center availability.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process before shipment.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

Multiple Packages

Because we work with different fulfillment centers, items in the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@yoodzi.com within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to send a replacement or issue a refund.
