• Processing Time: Orders take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.
• Delivery Estimates (after processing):
  United States: 3–8 business days
  Europe: 5–10 business days
  Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days
  Canada: 5–10 business days
  Rest of World: 7–20 business days
• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promos may apply.
• Multiple Packages: Items may ship separately from different fulfillment centers (Printful & Printify). You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
• Customs & Duties: International orders may incur local customs, duties, or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.
• Delivery Issues: If your order hasn’t arrived, first check your tracking link. If unresolved, email support@yoodzi.com for help.
• Wrong Address: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window for items that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Because Yoodzi products are print-on-demand (made to order), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size/fit, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

• How to Start a Return: Email support@yoodzi.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (where applicable) and the correct return address.
• Eligibility: Item must be defective/damaged/misprinted/incorrect, reported within 30 days, and unused in original condition/packaging.
• Damages & Issues: Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if something’s wrong — we’ll make it right.
• Non-Returnable: Wrong size/fit, buyer’s remorse, sale items, and gift cards.
• Exchanges: Not offered. Approved items are replaced or refunded.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. If 15 business days pass with no refund, email us.
• EU Cooling-Off: Orders shipped into the EU include a 14-day cancellation right, except for custom print-on-demand products (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect).
